Species Options
Western Hem Fir: This product originates from the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. It is produced as kilni dried, S4Si, and graded under NLGAi rules. All lumber is grade stamped and is stocked in sizes from 2x4-2x12 and in lengths 8’-20’.
Douglas Fir: Panel Source offers both Kiln Dried and S-Green in common dimensional framingi sizes and as large scale rough or S4S timbers and beams. From 2x3-12x16 FSCi Douglas Fir is available from Panel Source. Material is graded under NLGA.
SPFi: (Western Spruce Pine Fir)(Eastern Spruce Pine Fir)
SPF originates in western and eastern Canada. It is produced as kiln dried, S4S, and graded under NLGA. SPF has smaller growth rings and as such this is a very stable product, less likely to warp or cup.
SYPi: (Southern Yellow Pine)
SYP is available on a direct shipment basis only. Contact your Panel Source representative for listings of carload or truckload offerings available for purchase.
Western Red Cedar:
Panel Source offers a wide variety of grades. Check with your Panel Source representative for further pricing, grades and availability.
