This product features a sanded fir plywood face, which is then coated with a release agent to permit easier stripping of the panel from the cured concrete. Additionally, all panels are sealed on four edges, to reduce moisture absorption through the edges of the panel. BBOES Concrete Formplyⁱ is a low cost panel suitable for situations requiring a limited number of pours, and construction where the concrete finish appearance is not important.

MDOⁱ Concrete Formplyⁱ uses a base of sanded fir plywood, which is then laminated with a medium densityⁱ phenolic overlay film. Finally, the MDO face is coated with release agents, and all four edges are sealed. MDO Formply increases the number of pours in comparison to BBOES, and also produces a better appearance than BBOES.

When multiple pours and an outstanding finish are required then Purekorⁱ Platinumⁱ HDOⁱ Concrete Formplyⁱ is the best choice. This panel features a high densityⁱ overlay film that is so dense that, it does not require the application of a release agent at the time of manufacture and it requires no reapplication of a release agent after use. The edges are also sealed.
