Specifications

Most thicknesses are available in all panel sizes. Pyroblocki MDFi Plus is made with no added urea formaldehydei and is produced in accordance with the requirements of ANSIi A208.2-2002 as per ASTMi E 1037-96a. The panel utilizes a proprietary intumescent coating developed by Panel Source for use on wood products. This coating results in a highly fire retardant panel that achieves a Class A FRi Rating. This panel is certified in accordance with ASTM E84 and CAN ULC S102. Pyroblock panels can be painted, laminated, or veneered just as you would with any other high quality wood product. Description

Pyroblocki MDFi Plus is a Class A Fire Retardant, premium gradei MDF panel that contains no added Urea Formaldehydei and contains 100% pre-consumer recycled content.

Uses

Pyroblocki MDFi Plus can be used in multiple applications wherever building codes call for a Class A Fire Retardant panel. Applications include Architectural millworki, custom lay up, wall or ceiling paneling, kiosks, elevators, store fixtures and countless others. This panel can be painted, laminated or veneered with outstanding results.
