Specifications
Most thicknesses are available in all panel sizes. Pyroblocki Particleboardi Plus corei is made with no added urea formaldehydei and is produced in accordance with the requirements of ANSIi A208.1-1999 as per ASTMi E 1037-96a.
The panel utilizes a proprietary intumescent coating developed by Panel Source for use on wood products. This coating results in a highly fire retardant panel that achieves a Class A fire rating. Pyroblock panels can be painted, laminated, or veneered. This product is produced with No Added Formaldehyde (NAFi) and meets the CARBi ATCM 93120 Phase 1 Emission limits. Uses
Pyroblocki Particleboardi Plus can be used in multiple applications, wherever building codes call for a Class A Fire Retardant rating. Common applications include Architectural millworki, custom lay up, wall and ceiling paneling, kiosks, and elevator paneling. This panel can be painted, laminated, or veneered with outstanding results.
