After nearly two years of intensive research and development, Panel Source International has now added its new "Veneer Gradei" product to the "Pyroblock®" family.
Pyroblock® Veneer Grade is a Class A Fire Retardant panel available in particleboardi, MDFi and plywood. In addition, depending on the substrate selected, customers can order panels that are either Urea-Formaldehyde Free and/or FSCi Certified. Pyroblock® Veneer Grade has been specifically formulated for veneering with high quality wood veneers in both cold pressing and hot pressing operations. In addition, the panel has been extensively tested for veneering operations using PVAi adhesives-an adhesive that does not contain any added Urea-Formaldehyde resini. In total, customers can order all of the following Pyroblock Veneer Grade products:
- Pyroblock® Veneer Grade MDF Plus-Class A Fire Retardant and UFi Free
- Pyroblock® FSC Certified MDF-Class A Fire Retardant and FSC Certified
- Pyroblock® Veneer Grade Particleboard Plus-Class A Fire Retardant and contains no added Urea Formaldehydei
- Pyroblock® Veneer Grade FSC Certified Particleboard-Class A Fire Retardant + FSC Certified
